1. What are the ingredients of Woo U?
We use human-grade, organic ingredients, including chickpea flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, 1% fat lactose-free milk, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potato, and beet.
2. Where and how are they made?
We bake our treats in a home kitchen in New York City. All treats are homemade, handcrafted, and made to order.
3. How many treats are in one jar?
Each jar contains 32-36 treats. While the weight of individual treats may vary slightly, we ensure that each jar holds 150 grams of cookies. The number of treats might differ slightly, but the total weight remains the same.
4. How long do the cookies last, and how can I store them to keep them fresh longer?
Our cookies contain no artificial preservatives or additives. To keep them fresh, store them in our cookie jar with the lid tightly sealed, away from sunlight, in a cool area. For extended freshness, we recommend refrigerating them. If you freeze the treats, they can last up to 3 months.
5. How do I thaw them?
Simply place them at room temperature for about 1 hour.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 3-5 business days. We bake our treats to order to ensure they are fresh.
7. I live outside of New York. How can I order?
Currently, we ship within New York State in compliance with U.S. pet food laws. We are working on expanding our shipping area by registering our treats in other states soon.
8. Can I cancel or return my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@woo-u.com as soon as possible. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We only allow returns and exchanges for damaged treats. Please read the return policy below for more details.
