We usually process and ship all orders within 2-3 day business days. During holidays, and other high volume periods it may take longer to ship your order. You will always receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. 

 

Please note that Woo U LLC is not responsible for delays due to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We understand shipping delays may occur, so please reach out to info@woo-u.com with concerns and we will try to resolve the issue. 

 

If you are trying to estimate when your order(s) will be delivered, please note the following:

• We ship from New York City, and average transit time is 3-5 business days.

• We use UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely delivery.
